The 2017 Cowgirl Picpoul is made with Picpoul grapes from Paso Robles. Our Picpoul has been fermented in 2/3 stainless steel barrels and 1/3 French oak. The entry of the Picpoul opens up with flavors of white flower, peach, pear, and pineapple. Layers of linden blossom tea are further revealed. Medium to full bodied, it is very complex, crisp, and lingers on with a citrusy and chalky finish.
